Role Summary

The Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales Leader will play a critical role in promoting and selling cybersecurity solutions and services to specific enterprise clients. This position is responsible for identifying cybersecurity needs, crafting customized solutions, and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level sales, with a focus on cybersecurity products and services is preferred.
  • General knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
    Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Security+, CISA, CISSP, CISM) is a plus.


  • Researching and identifying potential enterprise clients in need of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Qualifying leads to ensure they align with the organization’s target market.
  • Understanding clients’ unique cybersecurity challenges and requirements.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design tailored solutions to address client needs.
  • Delivering engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Articulating the value of the cybersecurity solutions in a way that resonates with the client’s specific business goals.
  • Closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Staying updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the organization’s cybersecurity products and services.
  • Keeping detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
  • Generating regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Collaborating with pre-sales engineers and other internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Sharing client feedback and market insights with the product development and marketing teams.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build a strong network and generate leads.
